With so much music being released it can get a bit mind-boggling. But if you’re really into your Christian Urban Music then it might be a good idea to take some hints as to who some of the best and well-known Christian DJ’s in the country have placed at the top of their urban music playlist.

[row][half]Dj Tomiwa[/half][half]

DJ Tomiwa:  a British-Nigerian DJ who has a thing for Afrobeats, Christian/Gospel, Old School, RnB and Hip Hop. Based in London, this was the DJ who brought the house down at the Tye Tribbett concert last year. It really was something. Here’s his top 2 fave tracks right now:

  1. S.O. – Satisfy
  2. Becca Folkes – Grateful

DJ Naadlox:

One of the VERY few female Christian DJ’s who is highly respected amongst her DJ peers. Hailing from the midlands, this all-rounder is a Gospel DJ with residency on online Christian Reggae, Dancehall and RnB radio station – Soulcure, Radio Presenter and Radio Manager. Her fave tracks are:

  1. Christ Da Ambassador & DJ Nicholas – No To Sin
  2. Peter Spence – Born Again

[row][half]Dj Haych[/half][half]

DJ Haych

Another Midlands DJ making waves on the circuit is DJ Haych. He played at the Vinejuice Radio launch party and got the party jumping. This up and coming music spinner has an ‘on point’ taste in music. So on point that he couldn’t just give us 2 tracks that he’s loving right now – he had to give 3! Slight spirit of rebellion there…Lol

  1. Agee – Clutch
  2. FeedEm – Nobody Knows
  3. Lecrae – De Ja Vu/Cruising

DJ G

If you were a true house-head, became a Christian and thought you would never be able to listen to house music track again, well DJ G is here for you. This experienced DJ from Oxford is THE number one in Christian House in the UK and has even gained respect in the secular DJing world.

His two must-have tracks are:

  1. Kirk Franklin – Happy Remix (DJ Spen remix)
  2. Demarkus Lewis & Marth Wach – Catch the light (Time to Extend Remix)

DJ Kelechi

Founder of the very successful monthly Praise Party event and hot-like-fire DJ in his own right, Kelechi knows a thing or two when it comes to what’s Dope and whats…erm…can’t think of anything that rhymes with dope, but you get my point.

So here’s what he gets the party started with:

  1. Kirk Franklin – 123 Victory
  2. KB – Imma Just Do It
