It seems like it’s all about Travis Greene these days and the excitement around this young Pastor and Gospel artist is not set to let up just yet. He took home 7 Stella awards for his project “The Hill” at the 32nd Stellar Awards 2017 a couple of days ago in Las Vegas baby! (Sorry, just had to say it like that…)

Signed to RCA Inspiration, Travis Greene’s trophy cabinet will now have to make room for 7 new trophies including top song, CD, and male artist categories:

  • Song of the Year (“Made A Way”),
  • Male Vocalist of the Year,
  • CD of the Year,
  • Contemporary Male Vocalist of the Year,
  • Contemporary CD of the Year,
  • Recorded Music Packaging of the Year (Art Dir: Annie Stoll),
  • and Praise and Worship CD of the Year.

Like mate, give someone else a chance!

But he wasn’t the only one that went home with arms full. Tamela Mann showed that she is a force in the Gospel music scene as she scooped up the Artist of the Year award for her album ‘One Way’ and won the Albertina Walker Female Vocalist of the Year. She also nabbed several other awards, including Traditional Female Vocalist of the Year, Traditional CD of the Year, and Urban/Inspirational Single or Performance of the Year. Well, they do say it’s a “Mann’s” world don’t they.
