Fred Hammond Says He’ll Rock With Snoop On His Gospel Album

Fred Hammond felt it necessary to jump on Facebook Live to talk about Hip Hop/Gospel collaborations and address the concerns that some Christians are having with recent collabs with mainstream artists.

He says that he’ll, “rock with anyone singing about Jesus”, which is one of the reasons he gives for agreeing to feature on Snoop Dogg’s new gospel album.

Hammond, who has been in the Gospel industry for 38 years, says it’s not about the money but about the music and the passion that Snoop has for the album.

Snoop hasn’t revealed the title of his Gospel project yet but we do know that it will also feature the likes of Wiz Khalifa, Too $hort and KRS-One.
